Explorers Learning Academy is seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators with a Certificate III or Diploma qualification to join our team in Mittagong, NSW. This is a full-time role focused on providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre.
What you’ll be doing
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children
- Ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of all children in your care
- Building positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
- Adhering to all relevant early childhood education regulations and centre policies
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities
- Assisting with daily routines and centre operations as needed
What we’re looking for
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar early childhood education role
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
- First aid qualification and current working with children check
- Operating hours are from 7am-6pm Monday to Friday
