Explorers believe that a holistic approach to learning supports the whole child as they step onto a lifelong path of learning.  With a focus on health, fitness and wellbeing, music and movement, arts, investigation, and a strong passion in literacy, Explorers Educators support each and every child to become successful, competent and confident learners. We provide our Educators, families and children with excellence in a natural, nurturing and stimulating environment. Explorers Learning Academy are committed to a fair, safe and supportive working environment, with a strong focus on Education, Quality and Safety.

A career in Childcare can be very rewarding, knowing that you are making a difference to our young people as they learn and grow everyday. There are many different ways you can help create this stimulating, nurturing environment for our children. We offer different career paths or roles starting from Traineeships whilst still at School, Full Time Traineeships, Child Care Educators, Diploma, Early Childhood Teachers, Centre Managers or a Cook. Our Child Care Centres are currently located in the Southern Highlands, Mittagong as well as South Western Sydney in Bardia.
