About You:
• ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Education Cert 3 or Diploma qualified
• You will be kind and you will contribute to continual improvement.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard
• Exceptional knowledge of safety and well-being
• A desire to provide quality education and care
• Willingness to support, train and mentor team members if required
• Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual
• Passionate about Play
• Flexible, Positive and Fun Approach
• A love for the outdoors
